Kickstart Track Session (3:30 – 5:00 pm | Mon, Thu & Fri) Get moving and make every step count with our Kickstart Track Session — a fun, active and confidence-building experience for young people aged 10–15! Designed as part of the Kickstart Junior Membershie, this session gives participants the freedom to run, sprint, play and improve their fitness in a safe, supportive environment with expert supervision. Whether you’re looking to boost stamina, develop coordination or simply enjoy getting active, the track is the perfect place to build healthy habits and have fun with friends. What to Expect: Open track access: Make the most of our indoor/outdoor athletics track with structured and free-play running activities. Fitness & confidence: Great for building cardiovascular fitness, coordination and self-esteem in an energetic group setting.
